Services

At Kate L. Toms Fit, we offer a range of in-person training sessions and virtual coaching programs to fit your needs – all with no gym membership required. 

Training Services

Personal Training 

We offer private one on one personal training (you will be the only person in the gym with your trainer.  


Single Session drop in booked through MINDBODY APP $70


1 Session per week - $65+ HST - per session


2 sessions per week - $60 +HST - per session


1 and 2 sessions per week booked and paid for monthly with payment due on the 1st of the month prior to first session.


Semi-Private Small Group 

Train with a small group of friends or family (2–6 people) in a private session. You’ll get personalized coaching at a lower cost per person – perfect if you want more support but also some camaraderie. 

2 People $40+HST  per person per session

3 People $30+HST  per person per session

4 to 6 $20+HST  per person per session


Pricing based on single session booked weekly and paid for monthly on the 1st of the month prior to the first session.


Large Group / Team Training

Bring your sports team or corporate group for a private training session (up to 12 people). Great for team building and fitness.  

Pricing: dependent on group size – contact us for a quote. 


Foundational Strength Training

Build strength from the ground up with safe, effective movements designed for daily life. The focus is on improving mobility, balance, and functional strength so you can move with confidence, prevent injury, and enjoy the activities you love, at every age and stage. 

All fees and bookings processed through our branded MindBody app.

Drop in session $20+HST

1x per week $80+HST

2x per week $150 with a 3 month autopay contract


 Bootcamp Classes  

High-energy full-body workouts in a small group, mixing strength and cardio. Offered at 5am, 6am, 12pm, and 5:30pm on select weekdays and 730am on Saturdays. We meet you at your fitness level and push together as a team!  

Drop ins and 1 time per week membership booked and paid through our branded MindBody App

Drop in $15+HST

1x/week $65+HST

2x/week $106+HST

3x/week $134+HST

4x/week $170+HST

Saturday-only option: $32.50/month (+HST). 


(All bookings 2X per week or more are billed Monthly and due by 1st of month prior to first class)

Online services

 Complete Transformation Package

A comprehensive 8-week program that combines virtual coaching with in-person training. Includes everything from the 1-on-1 Online Coaching below plus 16 personal training sessions at our studio during the 8 weeks. Best of both worlds for maximized results. 

$1100 +HST for 8 weeks (including 16 sessions).


1-on-1 Online Lifestyle Transformation Package

Eight weeks of private lifestyle coaching conducted virtually. Includes a custom wellness plan (nutrition guidance with macro targets, non-restrictive eating approach), weekly check-ins, and workouts via our app. You get anytime support from Kate through the app, plus resources like a cookbook, sample meal plans, and video exercise tutorials.  

$275 +HST for first 8 weeks. 

Extension: Add another 8 weeks for $175.  


Group Lifestyle Challenge

A periodic group transformation challenge run online (limited spots per cohort). You’ll get a personalized plan from Kate, participate in weekly group check-ins and accountability, and enjoy the motivation of a private online community (usually via Facebook). Comes with group menus, weekly mini-challenges, and mutual support to keep everyone on track. 

$175 +HST per person.
