My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me many insights into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding when working with you. I have been there!
I began my journey over 7 years ago, weighing almost 300lbs and living with multiple health issues. I suffered with chronic foot issues, constant pain, and difficulty even climbing a flight of stairs. I began my own journey with an 8 week challenge and continued to develop my skills into a lifestyle that saw me lose nearly 150lbs! I now take all the knowledge I have gained, along with a passion for fitness instruction and certifications to help others on their own journey to a non-restrictive lifestyle.
You don't gain weight in a day, so you can't expect to lose it all in a day. A plan with me is a non-restrictive, sustainable way to lose weight and feel healthy.
My education and personal training certifications, along with lived experience completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals. I am constantly engaged, communicating regularly at scheduled times to work with you to assist in many successes during your journey.
