The question for anyone considering our programs is; are you ready for change, long term change?
The first thing we want participants in all programs to know is that we do not believe in FAD DIETS. We believe in building a long term and sustainable lifestyle that does not have an end date. We also want participants of all program's to know that all results are effort based.
In our online programs you can expect to consume all food groups, learn about portion control and how to fuel your body to meet your personal goals. You’ll track your food intake (macros) and commit to regular exercise and hydration – we give you all the tools and support to succeed.
Yes, if you have a preference or feel you’d click best with a particular trainer (for example, you want to work on strength and power with Katelyn, or you’re an older adult who’d like Sarah’s guidance), just let us know. We’ll do our best to match you with the trainer that fits your needs. All our coaches are excellent and follow the same core philosophy, so you’re in good hands with any of the team.
Bootcamp is our private group offering with limited space. These take place in the morning and evening to accommodate varying schedules. These are circuit style full body workouts. They are 1 hour in length and are a great way to start a fitness journey and meet new people with similar goals. There is a waitlist to join these groups so please reach out to put your name on the waitlist for when space opens up. Registration is done monthly
It’s a lifestyle change that is based on macronutrients. This is a non-restrictive way of eating and is an effort-based program. #NOFADDIETS
I strive to help clients repair their relationship with food and recognize that they don't need to starve themselves or cut out precious food groups in order to reach their goals.
What is involved? Tracking the food you eat and planning ahead to make sure you’re hitting the daily targets (or below)! Hitting the daily targets will make sure you are in a fat loss stage- which, unlike a fad diet, is how you lose weight AND keep it off.
Other commitments are drinking water and also daily movement and exercise. I share all of the tools needed for success with the 1:1 program and offer anytime support in addition to weekly check-ins (on Friday mornings). We will discuss the week and Check-in on measurements and weight lost that week.
I also provide a custom created workout plan for you to follow either at home or at a gym. The more effort people put forth, the better their results are. It takes consistency, effort and dedication. I will say that it is not always easy. Things come up and may make it hard for us to stay on track, and that’s part of daily life but overcoming such things is incredibly motivating. Realizing that successful weight-loss can happen without restricting our bodies of nutrients or “magic pills” or “liquid diets” is amazing.
We create a online private community within Facebook that connects all group challegers. A participant can expect to get a personalized program to follow, with weekly group check-ins, sample menus and workouts. There are weekly challenges for participants that emphizie a different aspect of building a transformative lifestyle.
To join a waitlist you need to have a pass to join a class. Once you purchase a pass you can join the waitlist. Your pass will only be used if you are added to the class. We allow for people to cancel their class up to 1 hour before the class for bootcamps and 24 hours for Personal Training. When someone cancels their session and there is a waitlist the app will add the first person on the waitlist and use their pass. If you add yourself to the waitlist check 1 hour before your scheduled class to see if you were added. If you were not the class is full and you can add yourself to another class using your pass you purchased.
