The question for anyone considering our programs is; are you ready for change, long term change?
The first thing we want participants in all of my programs to know is that we do not believe in FAD DIETS. We believe in building a long term and sustainable lifestyle that does not have an end date. We also want participants of all program's to know that all results are effort based. You can expect to consume all food groups, learn about portion control and how to fuel your body to meet your personal goals.
We offer personal training, small group personal training, bootcamps, virtual 1 on 1 coaching, and virtual group lifestyle transformation programs.
Personal training takes place at a private fitness studio in Peterborough. Sessions are booked for 1 hour and are available in packages of 1, 4 & 8 sessions. All sessions begin with a warmup, and end with a cooldown and stretch. Sessions are created based on your goals, timeline and how many sessions per week you are doing.
This works the same way personal training does in 1 hour sessions with 2-5 people per session.
Bootcamp is our private group offering with limited space. These take place in the morning and evening to accommodate varying schedules. These are circuit style full body workouts. They are 1 hour in length and are a great way to start a fitness journey and meet new people with similar goals. There is a waitlist to join these groups so please reach out to put your name on the waitlist for when space opens up. Registration is done monthly
Utilizing our branded app we provide a complete and individualized blueprint based on you and your goals. Within the app you are provided with daily goals, targets workouts (with tutorials) and communication with weekly virtual check-ins with Kate. These programs are 8 weeks in lengths with options to extend. There is a waitlist to join these groups so please reach out to put your name on the waitlist for when space opens up.
We create a online private community within Facebook that connects all group challegers. A participant can expect to get a personalized program to follow, with weekly group check-ins, sample menus and workouts. There are weekly challenges for participants that emphizie a different aspect of building a transformative lifestyle.
