About Us

Our Story

 


  • In 2017 I was nearly 300 lbs and struggling with chronic pain. Joining an 8-week challenge changed my life.
     
  • I lost 146 lbs and even won a transformation contest, which proved to me that sustainable change is possible.
     
  • Eight years later, I’ve kept the weight off and turned my journey into a career – becoming a certified personal trainer and helping 100's of clients transform their lives.

     

Kate Adams – Founder & Transformation Coach:

Kate specializes in working with beginners or those restarting their fitness journey. If you’re new to the gym, on a weight loss journey, or looking to rebuild confidence, Kate’s your go-to coach. Her empathetic approach comes from personal experience – she’s been where you are and will guide you through sustainable lifestyle changes.   Kate is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  Kate has also completed continuing education credits in nutrition.

Katelyn Laplant – Strength & Athletics Coach:

Katelyn specializes in strength training, athletics, and power development. A former athlete turned trainer, she’s passionate about helping clients get stronger, run faster, and unleash their power. Whether you’re an athlete or just want to train like one, Katelyn will push you to achieve new performance milestones in a safe and motivating way.

Sarah Beirness – Personal Trainer

 Sarah focuses on the aging population and clients who want to improve daily function and longevity. She has a soft spot for those starting (or restarting) fitness later in life. Having transformed her own health in her 40s, Sarah brings empathy and real-life understanding to every session. She’ll help you build strength and energy for the things you love, at any age.

Our Studio

 Our private studio at 724 Erskine Ave is a 1000+ sq ft space equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. It’s a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for everyone – from seasoned gym-goers to complete beginners
